Person at the helpdesk who first gets the message should ensure to convey the message to all desk members when they get relieved from their duty/shift. to avoid delays and noshows.

Also the phone number mentioned in SMS is with 91 prefix and not +91, so it can not even be called directly from the sms it has to be saved or edited before calling. I used the sms of car clud at Coimbatore, there it was prefixed with 0, so it was convenient to call from the sms itself.

I undrestand that it Car club's policy to arraive an hour or 2 hours before the requetsed time but its ok personally from my side if they can be 15-20 mins before expected time. This service is not acceptable.

Cobham : The car smells badly. When I asked the driver he mentioned that the seats have been cleaned. I got a headache with the foul smell. I had to keep the windows open most of the time due to the smell. The drivers tend to accelerate fast and brake frequently resulting in uncomfortable journey. In spite of repeated instructions all your drivers do this. I also met with an accident when your driver banged into a car in the front because he was not keeping sufficient distance and was travelling fast.

I have been informed that no car available, but a car was alloted and driver was present to pick up the guest and dropped him. There was no SMS/mail on this driver being sent hence created a scene and wasted my time in sorting this out to speak to Mumbai and Gurgaon desk for help. I feel there is gap in the process please fix it. Also, please note for every mail i sent to Carclub i get a response but i can not reply, when you send a mail on driver/car allocation, i can not reply. Indeed, i discovered that I wrote my requirement for 25th to a "donot reply email id" by mistake due to so many ids. Also let me know if we can book through web and drop such msgs.

vipin.valsaraj@alstom.com : For an early morning travel, you need to send the SMS confirmation and Chauffer details before bed time (prefereable 10 PM). In the current scenario, the confirmation is received in the early morning ( 3 AM or 4 AM) and it disturbs the sleep. Moreover the chauffer needs to be instructed on the place and time very early in the morning. Incase the details are received in the previous night, all the arrangements can be done well before time. THIS IS AN IMPROVEMENT ACTION FOR YOU
